Built from experience on the front lines

Humanity Link was founded after more than two decades working inside humanitarian and international organisations, seeing the same problem repeated: organisations needed better ways to reach people, listen to them and move support directly to them.

Let's Talk

Building Bridges for Impactful Outreach

Building Bridges for Impactful Outreach

Humanity Link was founded to solve a gap we saw firsthand over more than 20 years in the humanitarian sector: organisations working at scale often lack the infrastructure to communicate directly with the people they serve, listen to what they are telling them, act on that information, and move value without unnecessary layers in between.

We build that infrastructure. EmpowerLink helps organisations reach people, gather feedback and support better decisions across SMS, voice and chat. Enable and Enable ZK provide secure payment infrastructure for moving value directly to individuals and groups, with privacy-preserving options where needed. Today, Humanity Link supports programmes in more than 40 countries with leading non-profits, international organisations and governments.

Everything we build starts from the same conviction: people should be able to speak, be heard and hold value in their own hands. Technology should make that relationship more direct, more secure and more dignified.

While we can’t solve every challenge, we can create the tools that enable others to reach as many as possible. By designing solutions that amplify impact, we help extend the reach of those on the front lines.

Designing for impact

What is Humanity Link’s approach to project design and implementation?

We take a human-centered, co-design approach—working closely with partners and communities to understand needs, challenges, and context. Each solution is customized through iterative design sprints, testing phases, and user feedback, ensuring the platform fits both operational goals and community realities.

How do you work with non-profits and humanitarian organizations?

We collaborate from concept to deployment—helping define needs, design workflows, customize tools, train teams, and monitor impact. We act as a hands-on partner, not just a service provider, ensuring the solution is sustainable, inclusive, and adaptable over time.

What is your typical project timeline?

A standard project starts with a design sprint (1–2 weeks), followed by platform configuration, user testing, and training (4–6 weeks), and then go-live support. Full implementation typically takes 6–12 weeks depending on the scope and number of regions involved.

How do you ensure your platform is accessible and inclusive?

Our platforms support low-bandwidth tools like SMS and WhatsApp, offer multilingual support, and include voice and chatbot options for people with low literacy or disabilities. We build with accessibility from the start—prioritizing equity for women, youth, and marginalized groups.

Do you provide support after the platform is launched?

Yes. We provide post-deployment technical support, performance monitoring, and system optimization. Our clients receive direct access to support teams and regular check-ins, along with dashboards to track engagement, feedback, and outcomes in real time.
